Abstract

Abstract: Asthma is a chronic respiratory illness that often first presents in childhood but can also present in adults. Individuals with asthma experience recurrent episodes of difficulty breathing due to airway inflammation, often with the presence of wheezing sounds in their lungs. Management of asthma includes medications as well as lifestyle modifications and close monitoring by medical professionals. With proper management, individuals with asthma can lead full lives.
