Abstract

Highlights: Intracranial neurenteric cysts are rare but can present as extra-axial lesions in the posterior fossa. Malignant change is extremely rare and such lesions show more focal, nodular and heterogeneous enhancement. Most common malignant pathology seen was adenocarcinoma, papillary type.
