- Abstract : Outside Front Cover : Low‐pressure plasma processes were used in a novel top‐down approach to produce stable functional films on liquid polyethylene glycol (PEG) by crosslinking and film formation. A method was developed to stabilize and lift off the films. Analysis of the "liquid side" of the samples confirmed that PEG is cova‐lently bonded to the surface providing highly hydrophilic properties.
