- Highlights: Transvaginal (TV) extraction is an efficacious and minimally morbid techniques. Laparoscopic S4 segmentectomy is a feasible procedure for hepatocellular carcinoma. We performed the TV extraction of the laparoscopic S4 segmentectomy including middle hepatic vein (MHV) specimen.
