Abstract

Abstract: Two previously undescribed sesquiterpenes along with nine known compounds were isolated from the fermentation broth of Aspergillus fumigatus, an endophyte of Ligusticum wallichii . Their structures were elucidated through extensive spectroscopic analysis combined with quantum chemical ECD calculations. Two new compounds exhibited moderate growth inhibition against MV4-11 and MDA-MB-231 cell lines. Graphical Abstract:
