- Abstract: A structure novel MoS2 /CNFs foxtail-like composites were designed and controllable prepared in this study, in which the simple electrospinning technology and solvothermal method were employed. The FESEM characterization results show that the morphology of MoS2 was controllable via to change the dosage of precursor, and the surface of CNFs were gradually covered by flaky MoS2 with the increasing of ammonium molybdate. Comparing with powder MoS2, the 1D MoS2 /CNFs composites exhibited higher photocatalytic activity in the degradation of MO, and the 0.4-MoS2 /CNFs sample exhibit the optimal photocatalytic activity. It ' s attributed to the synergistic effect between CNFs and MoS2 . (1) The 1D heterogeneous interfaces and the good conductivity of CNFs can promote the photoinduced electrons transfer; (2) The excellent adsorptive ability of as-prepared samples can promote apparent concentration of reactants and the hierarchical porous structure surface can provide more reactive sites. The as-prepared products could also degrade MB, TC and RhB efficaciously, and the possible photocatalytic degradation mechanism was proposed. Highlights: A structure novel MoS2 /CNFs foxtail-like composites were designed and controllable prepared. The enhancement of photocatalytic activity was attributed to the 1D heterogeneous interfaces and the good conductivity of CNFs The hierarchical porous structure surface can provide more reactive sites and have excellent adsorptive ability.
