Abstract

ABSTRACT: For 0 ≤ α < 1 and a uniform hypergraph G, we consider the spectral radius of A α ( G ) = α D ( G ) + ( 1 − α ) A ( G ), which is called the α -spectral radius of G, where D ( G ) and A ( G ) are the diagonal tensor of degrees and the adjacency tensor of G, respectively. We give a upper bound for the α -spectral radius of an n -vertex connected irregular k -uniform hypergraph with 2 ≤ k < n using number of vertices, maximum degree and diameter.
