- Abstract: In this work, multiferroic composite has been prepared using nickel zinc ferrite as ferromagnetic phase and barium strontium titanate as ferroelectric phase. Composite samples were characterized for ferroelectric, piezoelectric, magnetic and magnetoelectric properties. Piezoelectric and ferroelectric properties of the composite samples get deteriorated, while magnetic properties get improved, with increase in content of NZF nanoparticles. Composite sample containing 30 wt.% of NZF nanoparticles possesses the highest value of magnetoelectric coefficient.
