Abstract

Abstract: We report a case of Nocardia farcinica ruptured intracranial mycotic aneurysm associated with bortezomib and corticosteroid treatment in a multiple myeloma patient. The patient was treated with trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole and moxifloxacin together with surgical repairment of intracranial mycotic aneurysm.
