Abstract

Abstract : We present a case study of a woman with history of rectal adenocarcinoma, and a new diagnosis of radiation-associated angiosarcoma mimicking fallopian tube high-grade serous carcinoma who was subsequently found to have de novo Li-Fraumeni syndrome. Our objective is to highlight angiosarcoma as a potential pitfall in the diagnosis of high-grade serous carcinoma.
