Abstract

Abstract: Physicians operate in complex health care systems where leading change is an important competency, often practically implemented in process and quality improvements. This case describes a deployed junior officer leading change through a process improvement. It aligns the plan, do, study, act model with Kotter's model of leading organizational change.
