- Abstract: The intention of the Samoan Foundations Act 2016 has been to provide similar solutions for international estate planning as the Samoan Trusts Act 2014. The methods are very different and offer alternatives both of which are extremely flexible. This article provides a detailed update for readers highlighting the main features of a Samoan foundation to show how solutions wanted by clients can be achieved. It is always what the client really wants which matters most.
