- Abstract : In article number 1900008, Ho‐Hsiu Chou, Ye Zhou, Su‐Ting Han and co‐workers report an artificial organic synaptic device with bipolar resistive switching characteristics and bidirectional gradual conductance regulation. Bio‐inspired synaptic phenomena have been implemented and systematically investigated. The dependence of linear conductance tuning on various pulse parameters is revealed and interpreted by Butler‐Volmer equation.
