- Abstract: Biogas production in cow dung supersedes other bio-waste product. Human waste is one of the lowest biogas sources. More so, the nature of the human excretal deposition matters. There are higher biogas productions in pit latrines than in water closet (WC) system. However, it is known that WC users are the majority in modern building design. The main disadvantage of the WC system ingenerating biogas is that the solid excretal is broken into pieces by water dissolution and collision with the sewage pipe. The chemistry of the event is that the little biogas produced has high percentage of moist. In this research we deployed drying agents to process the biogas from WC system.
