Abstract

Abstract : A YAG:Ce/MgY4 Si3 O13 :Ce–Y2 O3 :Eu core–shell structure phosphor can emit photons from 340 nm to 700 nm under ultraviolet excitation. Abstract : A YAG:Ce/MgY4 Si3 O13 :Ce–Y2 O3 :Eu core–shell structure was designed and accomplished via a urea homogeneous precipitation method. The as prepared phosphors can emit photons with a broad range of wavelengths from 340 nm to 700 nm under excitation light of 330 nm. The internal quantum efficiency can reach up to 68%.
