- Abstract : A new app designed by people in recovery themselves is designed to reduce relapse rates. The app, called WEConnect, operates on cellphones. There is GPS location that confirms the patient's attendance at therapy or meetings. And treatment providers can use outcomes data to maintain their certification with the Joint Commission, according to the company, which is based in Seattle.
