Abstract

Abstract: A 3-D new chaotic system with three nonlinearities is proposed in this paper. We show that the new chaotic system consists of equilibrium points on the z-axis (line equilibrium) as well as two equilibrium points on the (x, y)-plane. Thus, the new chaotic system has hidden attractors. The dynamical properties of the new chaotic system are explored in terms of 2-D phase plots, bifurcation diagram, Lyapunov exponents, and offset-boosting control.
