- Abstract : This case report describes the rapid diagnosis and treatment of two 16-month-old sibling Bengal cats, from the same household, with a pruritic alopecic dermatitis caused by Demodex gatoi mite infestation. A combination spot-on product of selamectin and sarolaner (Stronghold Plus, Zoetis) was found to be a simple to use and effective treatment.
