Abstract

Abstract : Langerhans cell histiocytosis is a multisystem disease affecting young children. Lung involvement has a myriad of manifestations and the outcomes for these patients have been poorly defined. We present a 2-year-old child who presented with multisystem disease with multiple lung cysts. Treatment consisted of multiagent chemotherapy for 18 months and was associated with a slow but favorable response.
