- Abstract: Fibrolipomatous hamartomas are asymptomatic, subcutaneous lumps usually located on the infant's heels. There is wide heterogeneity in the naming of and management of this condition. Ultrasound examination permits a clear distinction from other disorders. We report herein a case of palmoplantar fibrolipomatous hamartomas.
