- Abstract : A microfluidic sorting scheme based on deterministic lateral displacement in which the posts are active electrodes is presented by Jason P. Beech, Jonas O. Tegenfeldt, and co‐workers, in article number1900339 . Changing the voltage applied to the posts allows for adjustment of the cut‐off size in a range from 6 µm to 0.25 µm. Although the device has feature sizes of tens of micrometers, this large dynamic range allows for the sorting of nanoscale particles.
