Abstract

Abstract : The metal‐free, green and highly atom‐economic formal [3+2] tandem cyclization is ideal for sustainable reaction development. It can be employed to synthesize unique 11 H ‐pyrido[3′, 2′:4, 5]pyrrolo[3, 2‐ b ]indolizines from 7‐azaindoles and pyridotriazoles through a TsOH‐induced efficient process. Abstract : 11 H ‐pyrido[3′, 2′:4, 5]pyrrolo[3, 2‐ b ]indolizines can be synthesized from 7‐azaindoles and pyridotriazoles by using metal‐free, green and highly atom‐economic formal [3+2] tandem cyclization induced by TsOH.
