- Highlights: Transcriptome changes of T. mentagrophytes –induced rabbit dermatophytosis lesional and normal skin were compared. 292 differentially expressed genes response to T. mentagrophytes were identified. Several GO terms and signaling pathways related to dermatophytosis pathogenesis were observed. Many key dermatophytosis-related genes were identified. The results provided insights into the antifungal breeding of rabbit.
