- Abstract: In this study, the effect of different raster orientations of ABS-Zinc Ferrite (ABS/ZF) composites was investigated. The dumbbell shaped specimens were printed with 50% fill density, 11wt% of filler loading and 0o, 45o and 90o raster orientations using the 3D printer. The effect on the hardness of the specimen shows insignificant results in all prepared orientations because the filler was dispersed equally at 11wt% of ZF filler. The tensile strength was increased at raster orientation of 0o compared with others due to the anisotropic effect. Electrical and thermal conductivity results also revealed an increment at 0o raster orientation.
