Abstract

Abstract: An efficient route for the synthesis of polysubstituted pyrrole derivatives via a copper‐catalyzed three‐component reaction was described. Easily available starting materials, mild conditions, and a wide substrate scope make this approach potentially useful. Abstract : An efficient route for the synthesis of polysubstituted pyrrole derivatives via a copper‐catalyzed three‐component reaction was described. In this process, it is believed that the condensation of alkynyl ketones and amines, [3+2] cycloaddition and aromatization were involved. With the advantages of simple operation, mild conditions and useful products, this protocol should be of great significance not only for laboratory synthesis but also helpful for industrial production.
