Abstract

Abstract : The light‐matter interaction in a coupled plasmon‐exciton system leads to an induced transparency phenomenon, which can be used in a broad range of applications. In article number1800176, Yury P. Rakovich and co‐workers review the latest advances in nanophotonic sensing approaches based on induced transparency, including development of various types of quantum emitters, plasmonic nanostructures, and their combinations for the applications in biochemical sensing devices.
