- Abstract : Molecular erbium complexes are on the dark side of luminescence, with usually no emitted visible light. Upon systematic tuning of the peripheral ligands, a rare metal‐centered green fluorescence can be implemented, which paves the way for lanthanide‐based molecular upconversion.
