Abstract

Abstract: Pityriasis lichenoides et varioliformis acuta (PLEVA) pemphigoides is an uncommon skin disease, which is characterized by the appearance of blistering skin lesions in patients with PLEVA. We present a 3‐year‐old boy, who was diagnosed with PLEVA pemphigoides. Combined treatment of oral methotrexate and corticosteroids was more effective than corticosteroids alone on this patient.
