- Abstract: In view of the seedling image color distortion caused by timely-various sunlight in greenhouse, the method of correcting image color was researched in the paper, which was proposed to overcome the unstable sunlight's influence. The illumination's variation was parsed based on the Standard Color's image information, and the linear correction factors of image RGB value were calculated as the ratio of the Standard Color's actual image RGB values and its ideal RGB values. As field test result shown, the average L*a*b* distortion value of seedling image color decreased to 14.37, about 38% of the maximum value without correction under naturally various sunlight of 6450 lx to 59900 lx intensity between the time 7:00 and 17:00 in greenhouse.
