Abstract : Combined ion beam analysis of ERD and RBS probing O 4+ beams clarified voltage dependencies of the relative concentration changes of Li and H around positive‐ and negative‐electrodes/solid electrolyte interfaces in an all‐solid‐state battery with a depth resolution of a few tens of nanometer scale.
