Abstract

Abstract : This paper addresses the intricacy to probe collagen self‐assembly at solid/liquid interfaces in the presence of nanoparticles, and propose a reconciliation between disparate views of surface characterization: dried vs hydrated state. The approach explores the network analysis method to provide quantitative description of the dewetting patterns of collagen layers from AFM images and show how nanoparticles impact collagen behavior at the interface.
