- Highlights: This study provides seafarers' point of view when assessing leadership style. Questionnaires were used to obtain leadership styles and motivation level. All data are analysed statistically with using SPSS software. One Way ANOVA, Pearson Correlation Analysis and Regression Analyses methods were used. The study identifies the most efficient leadership styles on seafarers' motivation.
