Abstract

Abstract: The large-area free-standing nanowire film was fabricated via the ionic liquids (ILs)-assisted self-assembly process and was investigated. Differently to reported organic nanostructure film, the obtained free-standing film was directly self-assembled from solution on the ILs surface and could be transferred to different substrates, thus combined with various solution-process methods to construct optic electrical devices. The all-solution aligned flexible photodetectors based on the free-standing nanowire films were constructed combined with the screened printing method. The photodetectors exhibited high performance with high sensitivity, good stability and broadband responsivity until 1050 nm. Moreover, the photodetector still showed obvious photoswitching properties even after bending 500 times, indicating excellent mechanical ability. The above results confirmed potential applications in all-solution, lost-cost and flexible electronic devices.
