Abstract : An interplaying ICT-FRET-based chemosensor with two response sites having differentiated sensitivities to H2 S was engineered to conveniently determine the concentration of H2 S by the dual fluorescence fluctuation mode of two distinct emission bands. Abstract : Herein, an interplaying ICT-FRET-based ratiometric fluorescent chemosensor (NapN3 –PCM ), capable of precisely determining H2 S concentration by the dual fluorescence fluctuation mode of two distinct emission bands, was elaborately designed and synthesized. Importantly, it was successfully applied to detect H2 S levels in living cells and zebrafish using ratiometric fluorescence imaging.
