Abstract

Highlights: Allogeneic stem cell transplant is a viable treatment in peripheral T-cell lymphoma. Non-relapse mortality is substantial. A few patients attain a durable response indicating graft versus lymphoma effect. Patients with prior autologous transplant should be offered allogeneic transplant.
