Abstract : Based on a "Z-scheme" CdSe QD/afGQD heterojunction and multiple signal amplification strategies, a sensitive photoelectrochemical methyltransferase activity assay was carried out. Abstract : Here, based on a newly developed "Z-scheme" CdSe QD/afGQD heterojunction and multiple signal amplification strategies, a sensitive photoelectrochemical methyltransferase activity assay was carried out and a low detection limit of 0.046 U mL −1 was obtained.
