Abstract

Abstract : The cover picture shows the increase in uncertainty and loss of coverage on the vertices and edges, respectively, of a monopartite protein network projected from a bipartite drug‐target network. Each circle in the graph represents a given protein coloured by protein family. The dashed gray line traces increasing information loss for proteins. Enzyme kinases, in orange, and aminergic G protein‐coupled receptors (GPCRs), in light blue, are the protein families suffering from the highest degree of information loss.
