- Abstract : The Farm Bill, more formally known as the Agricultural Act of 2014 (P.L. 113‐79), is an important existing resource that is largely underused for source water protection. This resource can address water quality concerns from some nonpoint sources in a collaborative manner without the need for additional regulation.
