Abstract

Abstract : The main objective of this paper is to study the behavior of the rational difference equation of the fifth-ordery n + 1 = α y n + β y n y n - 3 / ( A y n - 4 + B y n - 3 ), n = 0, 1, …, whereα, β, A, andB are real numbers and the initial conditionsy - 4, y - 3, y - 2, y - 1 andy 0 are positive real numbers such thatA y - 4 + B y - 3 ≠ 0 . Also, we obtain the solution of some special cases of this equation.
