- Abstract : In article number1801985, Dan Liu, Tao Wang and co‐workers introduce an ionic additive, trimethylammonium chloride, in the methyl ammonium iodide precursor solution. Perovskite films prepared from this precursor possess reduced grain boundaries and trap densities. Suppressed non‐radiative recombination and increased carrier diffusion length increase the efficiency of MAPbI3 solar cells from 19.1% to 20.9%.
