Abstract

Abstract : Back Cover : (+)‐3‐Carene and α‐pinene are abundant monoterpenes from wood and valuable biogenic resources for substituted lactams. These lactams can be used for the production of new bio‐polyamides with surprising and promising properties. In article number1800903, Volker Sieber and co‐workers observe a high‐performance glass transition temperature, high degree of amorphicity, molecular weights in the range of industrial polyamides, and a reduced water uptake for the (+)‐3‐carenebased polyamide.
