Abstract

Abstract : In this paper, the security of a mutual authentication scheme is analyzed. We discern three different attacks in various scenarios. Moreover, we also identify some inherent design flaws of the scheme. As the scheme is suffering from many threats, therefore we argue that the scheme does not have strong characteristics against attacks for practical applications.
