Abstract

Abstract: In this addition to JGLMH 's Oral History series, Emeritus Editor Dr. Jack Drescher interviews Dr. Dee Mosbacher. She has served as Medical Director for Mental Health for San Mateo County, California, and as Senior Psychiatrist at the Progress Foundation in San Francisco. She has had a parallel career as a filmmaker and has directed or produced nine award-winning documentaries. She received the John Fryer Award from the American Psychiatric Association in 2014.
