- Abstract : Stylissatin A, an anti-inflammatory cyclic heptapeptide, and its derivatives inhibited the differentiation of preadipocytes and the triglyceride accumulation in adipocytes. Abstract : Stylissatin A, an anti-inflammatory cyclic heptapeptide, and its derivatives potently inhibited the differentiation of preadipocytes and reduced triglyceride accumulation in mature adipocytes, with little cytotoxicity. Our studies might contribute to the development of leads for new anti-inflammatory and anti-obesity agents.
