- Abstract: In this work the ac conductivity of different pollutant azo dyes was studied during the degradation of dyes in presence of ultrasound (US) using diethylenetriamine pentacetic acid (DTPA) stabilized nanoscale zero valent iron (nZVI). The nature of ac conductivity during degradation was different for different dyes at neutral pH. So this method may be useful in detecting different pollutant azo dyes.
