- Abstract : Biliary cystic neoplasm is a rare variety of liver cyst. Cystobiliary communication is even more uncommon. Biliary complications from cystobiliary communication can mimic liver hydatid disease, particularly in endemic areas. A middle‐aged female presented with recurrent cholangitis and a cystic lesion in the liver, which ultimately turned to be a biliary cystadenoma. We report on this case for its rarity.
