- Abstract: Epitaxial hexagonal manganite thin films h‐LnMnO3 (Ln: Lu, Y) are grown on a Pt (111) film on Al2 O3 (0001) substrate by pulsed laser deposition (850 °C substrate temperature, 1.5 J/cm 2, 3 Hz).
