- Abstract: Background: This report presents a case where electroejaculation (EEJ) was used for semen cryopreservation (SCP), prior to gonadotoxic anti-cancer treatment in a 14-year old boy diagnosed with Hodgkins disease. Method: Two sessions of EEJ were performed with an interval of 48 hours. Results: No complications were seen and the procedures resulted in nine frozen straws of motile spermatozoa. Conclusion: EEJ is a safe and feasible procedure for SCP in an adolescent cancer patient who is unable to masturbate or use penile vibratory stimulation (PVS).
