- Abstract : In article number1801455 by Zhengwei You, Fang Wang, Shuhan Sun and co‐workers, PGS scaffolds show a modulus similar to that of native rat uterus tissue, while PLGA scaffolds and collagen are much stiffer. PGS scaffolds can significantly prolong the retention of the BMSCs in the injured uterus of rat models. More importantly, BMSCs in the constructs can directly differentiate into endometrial stromal cells. Finally, PGS/BMSCs significantly promote the morphologic and functional recovery of the injured rat uterus with recovered pregnancy rates up to 72.2 ± 6.4%, comparable to state‐of‐the‐art methods.
