- Abstract : We have previously proposed that a tunable liquid crystal (LC) lens is a simple solution for the accommodation‐convergence issue in virtual reality (VR) systems. In this study we numerically and experimentally investigate the most important parameters in the lens design with main focus being the effect of Fresnel resets on the image quality of the lens.
